Rep. Donna Edwards announced today an endorsement from Maryland’s first female member of the House of Representatives and the longest serving woman in the United States Senate, Barbara Mikulski. Edwards is facing a competitive primary against former Prince George’s State’s Attorney Glenn Ivey in the April primary.
